Summary

The welded metal micro-reactor adopts the latest seamless welding technology, which realizes the welding of the entire plane instead of the welding corners, and through a special process, it is possible to realize high-strength whole-surface welding without processing the weld seam, which greatly reduces the processing difficulty. The processing time is reduced, and the welding strength is much higher than that of resistance welding and butt welding.

The process side of the welded metal microreactor adopts the separation shear-combination-separation shear flow channel model, which takes into account the two factors of mass transfer and pressure drop, and maximizes the efficiency of the mass transfer process on the basis of minimizing the pressure drop. At the same time, heat exchange plates with special heat transfer structures are integrated on both sides of the process board. Through efficient two-way convection heat transfer, the heat in the reaction process is released, and the small-scale and pilot-scale reaction process is safely and stably realized.

Suitable for liquid-liquid, gas-liquid homogenous or non-homogenous reaction.
