Automatic Mounting Press is suitable for minute or irregular shape and sample that is different to hold so as to cut or Polish the samples. And then test metallographic, photo or hardness.

Features:
 

1. After setting mounting parameters of the heating temperature, dwell time and loading pressure, filling in the sample and the mounting material, and fastening the cover, just press the start button, it will finish the mounting work without the operator watching near the machine.
2. The operator can change 4 kinds of mounting mould in accordance with different sample size freely.
3. It is allowed that the operator can mount 2 specimens at same time with different mould. We will provide 10 package hot mounting materials.
